Alm Architects was founded in Vail, Colorado by Brent Alm in the fall
of 1991. After graduating from the University of Oregon in 1986, Brent
worked for a Boston architectural firm for four years before moving to
the mountains of Colorado.
Brent is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), has
National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB)
certification with active licenses in Colorado, Montana and
Massachusetts.
Brent was a Member/Chairman of the Vail Design Review Board (1996-99);
Member of the the Beaver Creek Design Review Board (1999-2003) and
is again serving on the BC DRB since January
2011.
Brent, his wife Michelle, five year old son Jasper; yellow lab ‘Ellie’;
Maltise/Poodle mix ‘Gracie’ and Jasper’s teddy bear hamster
‘Stripes’ live near Vail in Eagle, Colorado.
